Why join us?

Rotary International started in 1905, when four friends got together, in Chicago, to discuss how best to help their communities. The idea then crossed the Atlantic, in 1914, and the British Association of Rotary Clubs came into being; renamed Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland, in 1924. Fast-forward to 2002, and the very first Rotary e-club was set up, in Colarado, and many more followed – including this one.

Rotary International have realised that, in the modern day, some of us want to commit to the organisation, and the vital projects we support, but our busy schedules can make it hard to attend local or district meetings. Our Rotary e-club makes it easier to join the 1.2 million neighbours, friends, and business leaders who comprise our members, while still standing by the Rotary motto: Service Above Self. As Rotary International president, Gary C.K Huang, put it; ‘It's simple: The more members we have, the more people we can help’

As a Rotary e-club member you have more free time, whilst still being able to connect with fellow professionals, make new friends, expand your leadership skills, and directly help your community. Why not have a look through our website and join here, today?
